NACA’s Economic Justice & Advocacy Center, (NEJAC), is pleased to provide free of charge for NACA Members, a comprehensive online course designed to help Members interested in purchasing a multi-family property, understand the risks and responsibilities involved in the business of being a landlord, and to share some proven ways of handling them successfully. This course satisfies the landlord education requirement to become NACA qualified for the purchase of a residential multi-family property. This course is not all inclusive and does not represent a replacement for the legal and professional advice landlords should seek in order to ensure their interests and rights are protected, and to comply with federal, state, and local laws and regulations that govern landlord/tenant relationships.
