NACA and Augusta Land Bank Partner to Host Achieve the Dream Homeownership Event in Augusta, GA
Homebuyers Can Access NACA’s Best Mortgage in America — No Down Payment, No Closing Costs, No Fees, and No PMI, at Below-Market Fixed Interest Rates
Augusta, GA – September 27, 2024 — NACA, the nation’s largest HUD-approved non-profit homeownership and advocacy organization, in partnership with the Augusta Land Bank, is bringing its highly acclaimed Achieve the Dream event to Augusta, offering unprecedented access to affordable homeownership. From Friday, October 4e through Sunday the 6e, the event will be held at 712 Telfair St, Augusta, GA 30901 from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. each day.
NACA’s Achieve the Dream event offers a unique, one-stop homeownership experience, providing Augusta residents, others from around the state and nationwide with the opportunity to access NACA’s Best in America Mortgage: no down payment, no closing costs, no fees, no mortgage insurance, at a below-market fixed interest rate without consideration of one’s credit score. Many homebuyers will be able to purchase a home with an affordable mortgage payment less than their rent.
What Participants Can Expect:

- Personalized Counseling: Receive one-on-one housing counseling from a NACA HUD-certified counselor.

- Immediate Action: Many attendees achieve same-day NACA Qualification, allowing them to begin their home search or plan their next steps immediately.
NACA’s Best in America Mortgage fixed rate is 4.875% for a 30-year term (as of 9/27/24) with no down payment, no closing costs, no mortgage insurance, and no fees regardless of credit score.
