RIVERSIDE, CA — The Neighborhood Assistance Corporation of America (NACA), the nation’s largest HUD-approved nonprofit homeownership and advocacy organization, is kicking off 2025 with its Alcance o sonho event from January 24-26 at the Riverside Convention Center (3637 5th Street, Riverside, CA). NACA is the industry leader in providing affordable solutions for both homeowners and homebuyers. During this three-day event NACA Counselors will assist thousands of participants including homeowners affected by the recent Los Angles wildfires with their mortgage forbearance and homebuyers accessing NACA’s Best in America Mortgage.

This free, three-day event provides homebuyers with direct access to NACA’s Best in America Mortgage, which features:

  • Sem entrada
  • Sem custos de fechamento
  • No mortgage insurance
  • Sem taxas
  • Below-market, fixed interest rates (As of January 17, 2025, 30-year fixed mortgage rate is 6%.)

Unlike traditional mortgage programs, NACA’s process does not factor in credit scores, focusing solely on an applicant’s financial readiness.

Unmatched One-Day Homeownership Process

Attendees complete the following four steps of the home-buying process in just one day.  Many participants leave the event being NACA Qualified for NACA’s outstanding mortgage, ready to begin their housing search.

  1. Homebuyer Workshop: Learn about NACA’s homeownership programs and resources.
  2. Information & Document Upload: Provide information and upload documents into NACA’s Member Portal for a seamless process.
  3. One-on-One Counseling: Meet with a NACA HUD-certified housing counselor for personalized counseling.
  4. Mortgage Qualification: Sit with a NACA mortgage specialist to qualify for NACA’s the Best in America Mortgage or the next steps.

Affordable Homeownership is Within Reach
“California families face immense challenges, from sky-high rents to the aftermath of devastating fires,” said Bruce Marks, CEO of NACA. “For homeowners, NACA’s Home Save program continues to provide unprecedented assistance with a track record of saving over 500,000 at-risk homeowners from foreclosure during the mortgage crisis.  For homebuyers, NACA’s purchase program has established an outstanding record over decades in making affordable homeownership a reality on the best terms, often with monthly payments lower than their rent.  We look forward to welcoming families in Riverside to make their dreams of homeownership a reality.”

Homeowners and Renters have everything to gain and nothing to lose by attending NACA’s Achieve the Dream event.  They can take control of their financial future and join the many thousands of families who have achieved homeownership through NACA.
